Shree Jwalamukhi Lower Secondary School is located
at BhorleVDC of the district. It began to conduct the classes for primary and lower
secondary level from the year 2045 and 2066 B.S respectively. It is situated in
ward no.9 of BhorleVDC which is the oldest and the most important place of the
district. Now, the school is running the classes from playgroup class for small
children to class 8. The majority of the students are from Tamang community and
the number of students is increasing every year in spite of two primary schools
located nearby this school. The community is positive and devoted towards
further development of the school. So, the school has aimed at conducting Lower
Secondary level from 066 year with the active participation of the concerned
people of the community. But despite these utmost efforts, the school has a
problem of old building which was constructed about 30 years ago and it is so
old that it leaks in rainy season.
This school is very backward in the field of education
as well as human development index. This is because of poverty and lack of
infrastructure of development like education, transportation and modern means
of communication. On the one hand, it is a matter of pity that the people of
this locality are economically poor though they are simple, honest and
hardworking. On the other hand, it is bitter truth that the people of this
locality remain themselves inactive to further the development due to their
economic problems. The local people of Bhorle,
Logawn, Anpchawor, Chiti, Badahare villages are unable to further their studies
by going far from their locality due to their various internal problems. For
their convenience, Shree Jwalamukhi Lower Secondary School is lacking a modern
concrete building and education. Moreover, it is a bitter reality that the
school has been facing the problem of subject teacher, modern education,
lightly classrooms. The poor classrooms which were constructed without any
pre-plan under low amount and aid obtained from different national and
international organizations and the donors. It has been realized that such
classrooms have spoiled the existing state and structure of the school.
It has been
learned from the past that the facing problems for education is impossible with
the help of any single person, group or favor. It is very important to know
that it is more difficult to implement and utilize the donations obtained from
some sources rather than collecting them. In addition, it is crystal clear that
the first priority is to generate income sources, the second priority is to
utilize them and the third and last priority is to achieve goals through proper
utilization and implementation. For proper management and conduction of the
school, the lack of physical aspect has become like a support of a handicapped
person. So, the school is, now, in need of donors for its support.

Further Plans of the School:
The school has made the following plans to be
accomplished in the near future. They have been listed as follows:
1.
Construct New Building
2.
Establish a Model School
3.
Enhance Quality Education
4.
Manage all Facilities
5.
Maintain Friendly Relationship with the Children
Existing
Problems of the School and the Ways of Their Solutions:
The School is a social and public institution. Truly
defining, it is indispensable part of the community and it is regarded as a
mirror of the community and society. Although the school is being run as per
the Government's educational policy, law and national curriculum, it has been
undoubtedly proved that it can't be run smoothly without active participation
of the community and aid or support of the donors. We have already seen many
more examples that the community schools are not less capable than the private
schools. It is also said that school is a mini society which can be developed
properly with the help of social leaders and their active role for making
conducive environment for the various donors. Teachers-students as well as the
children's future is directly related with the school which is regarded as the
temple of education. So, we all should be conscious about our duty towards the
school and we should not forget to due respect for active support of the
donors.
Physical aspect of the school includes school
building, classrooms, adequate furniture, furnishing, drinking water, and
playground and school compound for security. Besides, residence for the
teachers and students, proper management of electricity, computer, internet and
telephone which are the factors related with information and technology should
not be separated from physical infrastructure. Likewise, library and teaching
materials can also be included in it. Nowadays; school canteen has also become
an important part under physical infrastructure of the school. Solar power,
ceiling fan, swimming pool and mini garden are to be managed as per the demand
of time and the ability of the school. Thus, the requirements under physical
aspect have increased enormously in this modern era. Therefore, it has been
crystal clear that the budget divided by the government and the investment,
effort made in the local level is not sufficient for fulfilling these needs. It
has been realized from the past experience that the school requires proper
management of physical facilities by getting financial help from some sources.
We have not even forgotten to ask various assistant friends, national and
international donors for their kind support to construct school buildings.
The physical aspect of this school has been a major
problem for the implementation of targeted goals and plans. Not only that, the
school and class rooms available at present are in poor condition and this has
become a challenging subject matter for the school. Though the school lies at
the middle VDC of the district, it has not been developed as much as expected
within and before specified time schedule. So, it has become very difficult for
implementing aims and plans of the school. A modern and quality education has
appeared as a major obstacle for forwarding the development work of the school
and society. If this obstacle is seen and taken as a real problem without doing
anything, the school cannot be developed as per the expectation in this slow
speed like that of a tortoise. Therefore, under kind request and active participation
of the community, the school has taken a policy of requesting national as well
as international organizations or donors for their kind support and donors are
made concerned with various aspects of the school by publicizing their
invaluable support in front all and expecting their continuous support for the
same. In order to maintain physical environment of the school and heighten the
quality standard of education, the school has thought of keeping the following
aspects in the front list:
- coming soon
